The Black Diamond Trekking Poles are a unisex pair of supportive, telescoping poles for moving fast through the mountains.
The allows you to move quickly and comfortably through mountainous terrain. Ergonomic grip geometry and shape, as well as two grip sizes, optimised for larger and smaller hands, create more comfortable hand positions and reduce hand fatigue. Suitable for 4-season use, these poles are equipped with all-year-round tips and snow baskets.
Aside from the grip geometry, these poles are loaded with comfort-focused features like cork grips and Bloom grip extensions, making them an excellent choice for any hiker. Natural cork grips keep moisture at bay, while Bloom, an algae-infused foam, extensions provide extra hand positions on steep ascents. Wrist straps from Solution 2.0 are made from post-consumer recycled fibres. A soft-touch FlickLock+ for quick and easy adjustments is another thoughtfully designed feature.
Finally, the carbide tech tips are interchangeable and they feature a 1.5 mm hex bit tool built into the shaft for on-the-go maintenance if required.

How to Measure: On flat ground, the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at approximately 90 degrees. For walking, hiking and backpacking: Stability and support matter most. Size up if you're right on a size cusp. For running: Uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you're right on the size cusp.
