TRK GTX

The TRK GTX are very robust and light boots ideal for fast paced hikes and multi-day backpacking tours.

Derived from the popular Trango range, La Sportiva have adapted the range to include a boot primarily focused at day hikes and multi day trekking with a full pack. The upper is both water repellent and abrasion resistant, with a wrap around comfort collar which prevents the ingression of stones and mud.

A Gore-Tex performance comfort membrane guarantees that your foot will be able to breathe, whist staying waterproof and the 3D flex technology employed at the ankle area provides excellent support and stability on uneven terrain. Finally, a Vibram sole complete with La Sportiva's Impact Brake System finishes off what is a truly excellent light weight and comfortable trekking boot.

Summer Walking/Trekking - walking below the snow line. Although these boots will take a set of micro spikes, they are not crampon compatible.
